These Terms govern your use of the Plants Xpert website and any purchases made through our platform.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments via secure, approved payment gateways.

Order confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available across Dubai and selected surrounding areas.

Standard orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided the plant is unplanted, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customized or special-order plants are non-returnable.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, plant appearance may vary due to natural factors.

Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.

Proper care should be taken of the plants upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage due to neglect or mishandling after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout—is the property of Royal Plants Expert and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal Plants Expert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to plant care issues, delays, or inaccuracies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
