2. Shipping Timeline
We aim to get your garden essentials to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Transit Time: 2–4 business days (MON-FRI).

3. The "Green Leaf" Handling Process
Unlike standard parcel delivery, our plants are transported in climate-controlled environments (where applicable) and secured to prevent soil spillage or leaf damage.

Live Plants: Our team inspects and waters every plant right before it leaves our nursery.

Fragile Decor: Pots and planters are double wrapped in protective eco-friendly packaging to prevent cracks or chips during transit.
4. Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Our logistics partner or in-house delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone to coordinate a delivery window that fits your schedule.
5. Receiving Your Order
To ensure the health of your plants, we recommend being present at the time of delivery.

Inspection: Please inspect your plants and pots upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage during transit, please inform the delivery personnel immediately or contact us within 24 hours.

Unpacking: We recommend unpacking your plants immediately and giving them a light misting or drink of water to help them acclimate to their new home.
6. Incorrect Address & Re-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, a re-delivery fee of AED 50 may apply.
