Plants Xpert aims to make your shopping experience simple, safe, and convenient. This Payment Policy explains the methods we accept and how we process payments in our store.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods through MyFatoorah:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Mada)
- Apple Pay
- Samsung Pay
- KNET, Benefit, and other local payment options in the GCC (depending on your region)
- Cash on Delivery (available for select areas in Dubai)
Secure Transactions
All online payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah, a trusted payment gateway provider that follows PCI DSS standards in the Middle East.
Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.
We handle all payment transactions in line with international data security standards.
Customers are redirected to MyFatoorah’s secure payment page to complete transactions safely.
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt.
If you do not see the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for select areas in Dubai.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.
Orders placed with COD must be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before we dispatch them.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to show up in your account after approval.
