1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we provide delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, covering Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of AED 20 for all orders.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over AED 200

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

To provide transparency, we follow the timeline below:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GST - Gulf Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

• Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday-Friday).

• Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday-Friday).

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.

4. Delivery Method

We use our specialized climate-controlled transport to ensure that indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and gardening materials reach you fresh and undamaged.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification or a WhatsApp message with the delivery details. You can also track your order status directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.

6. Delivery Status & Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions or logistical challenges. If your delivery is significantly delayed, our support team will contact you immediately.

7. Damaged Items During Transit

If you receive a plant or product that is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at info@plantsxpert.com or call us at +971 566864375 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
