At Plants Xpert, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your plant order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, the plant must be in its original condition – unplanted, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at info@plantsxpert.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.

We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.

Non-Returnable Items:

Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery.

Customized or special-order plants that were grown or arranged on request.
