  • Live Plants: Since plants are living organisms, their appearance may vary from the photos shown on the website (size, color, and leaf shape).

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, including price changes and product discontinuations, without notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Accuracy: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • Errors: In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

  • We deliver across the UAE.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or the designated delivery address.

  • Customers must inspect plants and decor items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted unless the plant arrives damaged or diseased.

  • Non-living items (pots, planters, accessories) may be eligible for return if they are in their original packaging and unused.

6. User Conduct and Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Plants Xpert and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plants Xpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to the death of a plant due to improper care after delivery, or damage to property caused by pots or water leakage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
