1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Dubai and some surrounding areas. If you’re outside our usual delivery zones, please reach out before placing your order at info@plantsxpert.com to check delivery options.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Same-day delivery might be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, depending on product availability and your location.
3. How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 20 for all orders. Free delivery may be available during special promotions or for orders over a certain value. Check our website for current offers.
4. How will I know when my order will arrive?
You’ll get a call or WhatsApp message before delivery to confirm the time and location. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us anytime.
5. Can I return a plant if I’m not happy with it?
Yes, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, as long as the plant is unplanted, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email info@plantsxpert.com with your order details to start a return request.
6. How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days, issuing it to your original payment method. You’ll get an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
7. What items cannot be returned?
Plants that are damaged due to improper care after delivery.
Customized or special-order plants grown or arranged upon request.
